Very accommodating all the way around! 10/29/2015

We have used Wilson's Paint & Floor Cvrngs twice. The first time we called it was during summer, about two years ago, and they were really good. So, the time we had an emergency we called them again. There were some sewers that had been backed up and the whole basement floor was covered in sewer that ruined all the carpets they had previously installed. We were able to get our homeowners insurance, and put in new carpets with their help. They also matched up our carpet perfectly. And I think they even put in a special order for us, to the get carpets as soon as possible. They were very accommodating all the way around! more

Friendly and efficient 10/27/2015

Wilson's Paint & Floor Cvrngs did a great job installing tile in our kitchen and hardwood in our dining room. They were very helpful in the store and listened to our needs. The guy who took measurements was very efficient and the installers arrived on time. Everyone was professional and friendly. They also did a good job explaining everything and answering our questions. The cost was ok and we are happy with the results. I was just at their store today planning tile installation for the bathroom. more

Very happy with their services, the work was beautiful 10/22/2015

Wilson's Paint & Floor Cvrngs did a great job installing carpets in my living room, hallway, and bedroom. There was a flaw in a section of carpet where you could see the base of it in a straight line. I called them and they sent someone out who mended it. It looks completely perfect now, I wouldn't even been able to find the spot. I really appreciate that they did whatever was needed to make it beautiful. The installation was easy to schedule and was completed within the given time frame. Everyone i dealt with was professional and courteous. I'm very happy with the turn out. more

I bought some carpet from Wilson's recently and I am very happy with the completed work. I worked with Matt, the owner, almost exclusively over the phone, and he even delivered some carpet samples to my home. I made my choice and set the date for someone to come install the carpet. The installers were a father and son team. They installed the carpet quickly, did a beautiful job, cleaned up the mess, and took everything away. I was very satisfied. I have bought some blinds several times from them before, and I come back to them because I know and trust Matt and I have always been satisfied with their service. They are very pleasant and helpful to work with. more

It is very easy to work with Greg and Matt from Wilson's Paint & Floor Cvrngs. They help you customize what you need to help you figure out and achieve your goal. It has been a while since I purchased flooring and paint from them, but I know they’re great to work with. They’re very knowledgeable about the different products throughout. And, I like that there’s a more intimate feeling working with them as opposed to big stores. more

Great Experience. 8/17/2015

I had a great experience with Wilson's Paint & Floor Coverings. They installed the carpet on our second floor and the stairs leading up to it. Their customer service really stood out. My husband and I were looking for a specific color that wasn't easy to find. They let us take home a ton of samples which helped us make a decision on the carpet we wanted. I would recommend their service. more

The staff at Wilson's Paint & Floor Coverings really know their paint. Over the last ten years, they have helped me out a lot. They have taught me techniques and sent me home with products that have made it so my wife thinks I can paint. Their prices are not quite the cheapest, but the quality of the paint is the best. In fact, the unmatched quality of their products is the reason that I always go back. I recommend Wilson's Paint & Floor Coverings for high quality and excellent customer service. more

Overall Excellent Company With Highly Personalized Service. 8/4/2015

When I have a painting or flooring job that needs doing, I always know exactly who to call. Wilson's Paint & Floor Coverings has done nothing but good work for me. I don't even bother to get quotes from anyone else. The employees are very helpful and provide a personalized experience--they know me, they know what I want, and they are more than willing to bend over backwards to make sure I get the services I need. more

Wilson's Paint and Floor Coverings was recommended to me by my son. They got materials in quickly, were very friendly, they came out did what they said they would. Overall it was a good experience. The technician they sent had a problem with swearing in front of the ladies and that didn't go over very well. more

The manager I worked with was very helpful, but it didn't help a whole lot. We were frustrated that it had to be re-done three times. It was delayed too much for our satisfaction. more

Very positive experience 5/18/2015

I have been using Wilson's Paint and Floor Coverings for upgrading my house. I have been living in this house for fifty years. Every time I have used them, they have done excellent work. They have refurnished my family room, and installed linoleum floors in my bathrooms and kitchens. They do top-quality work, and they are very professional. I have been very happy with their work. They put carpet in my home a year ago, and I was happy with the work they did with that as well. They did an excellent job with laying it down, and it cost a thousand dollars less than other carpet places. I have already recommended them to other people, and they have said the same thing about them and their work. more

I go to Wilson's Paint & Floor Coverings for all my home care and remodeling needs. The service is highly personalized and the staff make sure to get you exactly what you need. I have been shopping at the company for more than ten years and purchased everything from paint to carpet to blinds. The company keeps track of the paint I use so I can go back and match the color for later projects. When I carpeted my home, they recommended which carpets would go best in hallways and open spaces, and they sent a second installation crew when I decided I wanted a little more work done. Everyone on the staff is kind, and really cares about their customers and their products. The installation crews come when they say they will. Everyone is highly knowledgeable about their products, the prices are competitive, and the work is always very good. I compared their prices and products to the big places and to Wilson's Paint & Floor Coverings offer cheaper services at a higher quality. I used to shop around but now I just go to Wilson's Paint & Floor Coverings. more

I have used Wilson's Paint & Floor Coverings for various work several times over the last twenty years. I recently hired them replace the linoleum flooring in my kitchen with new ceramic tile-style flooring, and they did great job again. They have flawless customer service, and always take time to answer questions and make sure you are comfortable. I'm a manager of seven facilities for a local bank, so I purchase many things from Wilson's Paint & Floor Cvrngs. I purchase paint brushes to carpet to window coverings. I've never had a problem as far as the quality. When I have especial needs such as people being in the facility, the are flexible to accommodate us. They're also very honest in dealing with you; they can also be trusted with the projects. more
