Wilson's Paint & Floor Coverings were very helpful. When I needed them, someone came out right away. I have used them twice recently, and they were prompt both times. I had them re-stretch one carpet and repair another. The projects turned out just fine. I went with Wilson's Paint & Floor Coverings because they are conveniently located near Kaysville. more

Good experience. 4/10/2015

We ordered supplies through Wilson's Paint & Floor Covering for a porcelain tile and polyurethane backsplash. Their prices could have been a little more competitive. I had hoped they would match another bid I received, but Wilson's ended up being a hundred dollars more. They thought the service could be completed in a day, but took a day and a half. Other than that, I would recommend them. more

I have been a professional painter for the past 14 years so I've worked with other painters across the region. I love Wilson's Paint & Floor Coverings! I go out of my way to go to their store and they're the only store I recommend to clients. They also tend to carry the paint I'm looking for and even if they don't, they're still wonderful! Exceptional product and customer service. 4/3/2015

I have been going to Wilson's Paint & Floor Coverings for almost ten years now. The work that they have done for me has always looked great, but a lot of my enthusiasm about Wilson's has more to do with my experience with them over the years. The have great customer service in store with great products and staff who have expertise. I rarely go anywhere else, and I would highly recommend them! more

Very helpful! 12/8/2014

Wilson's Quality Paint & Floor Coverings were very helpful in selecting paint and giving us tips since we did the painting ourselves. They made our job easier. I had one disappointment when I asked the installer for the leftover usable carpet pieces and he said there wasn't any left but I saw a big piece of carpet in the back of his truck. The installer was dishonest but the installation of the carpet itself was good. more

Wilson's Quality Paint & Floor Coverings installed my wood floors. The person who ordered my floors had made a mistake, but accepted his error without questions and fixed the problem. The installation that was done through the subcontractors came out great and I love it. At the store level, they are always very helpful and I trust them; it is a small store so they know you and recognize you when you walk in. more

Wilson's Quality Paint & Floor Coverings were always very helpful. They helped me figure out colors for paint and they also did a shutter for me. I called as they were closing and they waited for me to get there so I could have my paint. Everything was done quickly and easily. more

I think Wilson's Quality Paint & Floor Coverings is a great company! We used them for the first time when we got carpeting in our house. They were really kind, and they gave me good information when I was in the store. The installers were exceptionally good, and the carpet looks great! I love it! Wilson's is personally attentive, and they have good prices. The installers even vacuumed the carpets before they left, so it was spotless! You don't see that level of service usually. I'd definitely use them again! more

They took a problem and turned it into a positve thing. They did an amazing job! 1/17/2014

I actually did not have a good experience at first, but how Wilson's Quality Paint & Floor went about fixing it was awesome! I would go to them again. The bad experience was with the carpet lay out. They damaged the wall and refused to acknowledge that they did it. They also made a couple of comments that my old carpet was really dusty. I was offended by that. I have a really clean house and even if it was dusty, you shouldn't be saying that. I wasn't happy, so I called and told them the situation. Craig took care of everything and someone came out, fixed everything and it was beautiful. To give good customer service is one thing, but to give it after a problem was awesome. I also got more carpet done on the steps, they did an awesome job there too. I'm planning on putting more carpet in the living and dining room. more

A good experience! 1/8/2014

Wilson's Quality Paint & Floor Coverings is good to work with on the installation side as well as the side of choosing the product you want. We got paint and carpet from them most recently, but we've used them before. They were willing to work with me. I wasn't sure what product I wanted, and so they worked with me to find the right product. They installed the carpet for us, and then we did the painting ourselves. Everything turned out great! more

Wilson's Quality Paint & Floor Coverings is just wonderful. I've been using them for years and absolutely love them. Matt has excellent expertise and truly cares about his customers. He's super responsive and is great at scheduling. They've installed my window shades and carpeted most of my home. My painter also buys his paint from them. They've helped my home look so wonderful these past years. I couldn't thank them enough. more

They were wonderful and took care of everything. 10/8/2013

I had a flood in my basement, so there was a tiny bit of carpet that needed to be laid. My insurance man gave me Wilson's Quality Paint & Floor Covering's number, and the guys were just wonderful. They showed up when they said they would, made sure all was taken care of, and sent me a bill. I couldn't have asked for nicer guys! more

Customer-oriented and high quality work. 10/7/2013

I've been using Wilson's Quality Paint & Floor Coverings services for over 10 years. The most recent project I had them do was repairing some carpet. I had very limited time, but they were able to help and react quickly. They came in during odd hours of the day over several days, which was very convenient for me, and they got the work done. I'm the facilities manager here, so when they come in, I meet the personnel and tell them the scope of the job. I think they are pretty impressive, take care of their customers, and do a good job. It's always high quality stuff. more

Really liked them a lot! 10/4/2013

Wilson's laid a floor for me that's a vinyl wood-like flooring and before that, they put in a large window with plantation shutters in my office and it all came out really good. I like their ability to see what I needed and asked me what I wanted. They didn't just go ahead and do what I wouldn't like. I called one time for a floor to tap dance on and he told me he had a vinyl flooring that locks that he was looking to get rid of so he just gave it to me. Another time, I wanted to learn how to paint and he sat down with me for an hour in the story and explained everything to me--gave me a free lesson! They're really great. more
