The people who answer the phones are very pleasant. However, I had a negative experience in trying to receive an estimate on our boilers. We originally scheduled an appointment three weeks ago for an estimate. We waited all morning for a service man to come and no one showed up. Upon a follow up call, they informed me that they lost our contact information. I decided to give them another chance. They did show up to the house the second time around and after another two weeks of not hearing anything, I placed another follow up call. It turns out that they did not want to bid on our boilers. No explanation and no courtesy call. I will never use Wilson and Sons again.
