Tenant Review 7/31/2017

My experience being a tenant with Wilson Management Group was nothing but exceptional. My property manager, Amy, had great communication with me throughout the years. All maintenance issues were quickly resolved. Even when the I4 construction started right outside our building, all of the trees were knocked down, and Amy recognized that the sound had increased from the I4 traffic. So they offered to install more sound proof windows and sliding door! It was great and it definitely helped keep the traffic noise out! Moving out was just a smooth as it was moving in. Amy truly made the last four years a pleasure! more

Avoid Wilson Management 12/28/2015

As noted by other reviewers below, this company is extremely aggressive with regards to seizing your security deposit. Any minor issue is an excuse to withhold a greater portion of your deposit. Wilson Management went so far as to charge me for new air filters when I literally changed them two days before moving out and charging for tree trimming. more
