This was the worst dental experience I've ever had. Dr Wilson is unfriendly and rude! Her office staff is also nasty. You won't get a warm welcoming. Save your child the awful ...

My 15-month old son went in for his first dental check this Wednesday. We were set up in a room within 5 minutes of arrival. Jami showed him each instrument before the cleaning started. He got to press buttons, taste water, and see himself in the mirror. Then a staff member took a photo of Jami, me, and him for the baby book. This all made him very happy...until the actual cleaning and flouride. Jami let me know that I could stop at any time if he got too upset, but that she was used to this. Jami completed the cleaning very quickly and thoroughly, even with him kicking and crying at the new experience. She told him what a good job he did, then turned on the train that was suspended from the ceiling and gave him a puzzle to play with while we waited on Dr Wilson. Dr Wilson checked his teeth and complimented him on how nice they where, then gave me the rundown of toddler dental health (how much juice, tips for easier brushing, etc). Everyone worked seamlessly together, and he was happy again by the time we hit the checkout desk. I rescheduled with them in 6 months :) more

I am VERY pleased with Dr. Wilson and her staff. Extremely professional, patient, and very thorough. Our dentist would not see my 7 year old anymore due to her hysterics and fighting when treated. After our consultation with Dr. Wilson we came back to have a filling done. She was in and out in 20 minutes, happy as a clam in the sand. I couldn't be more pleased. more

i have always hated dentists so when picking one for my son i was nervous and did a lot of research. I heard a lot of good things about Dr. Wilson's office so I decided to try them. I LOVE them! Everyone there is super kid friendly and my son loves his time there. They explain every step of the cleaning process so he always knows what will happen next, they play fun games with him along the way, he laughs and enjoys the experience. I love this office and can't recommend it enough. I couldn't think of anything to improve my son's dental experience so far- thank you dr. wilson and all her great employees. more

Our 8-year old daughter needed a tooth extraction, which can be intimidating for anyone, particularly a child. Dr. Wilson and her staff were friendly and cheerful in explaining the procedure to Riley without being condescending. They put her completely at ease and executed the extraction without a single tear!! It was pretty painless, emotionally and physically. more

During my son's visit he was very nervous and didn't want to open his mouth. Jamie played the train for his and explained to him what her utensils were and what she was going to do with them. After she did so she then showed him the toys and reassured him that he would receive one once she was done checking his teeth. Jamie was very patience and made my son feel very conformable. We look forward to going back along with his brothers. more

I have three very active boys who enjoy constant acion! The staff are excellent and allow the children to hold the tools and see how they work. It really helps reduce the fear and anxiety associated with a dentists office. They are absolutely fantastic! The staff and dentist make going to the dentist a fun, enjoyable experience!! The staff is very relaxed and understanding of children. more

Both of my children are patients of Dr. Wilson, and I will never take them to a different pediatric dentist! The Hygenists in her office are amazing--outstanding apport with kids and very patient and gentle. Dr. Wilson is great--answers questions and makes the visits fun for my kids. Visits are always efficient; I never feel like we're being rushed, but we are in and out of there in a very timely manner. more

My two year old son recently visited Dr. Wilson's office for his first dental experience. He was greeted warmly before exploring the tools to be used and becoming familiar with them. Ms. Kim was incredibly patient and friendly, putting him completely at ease. There was no resistance and there were NO tears! There were plenty of toys and puzzles for him to play with as we waited and i could not have asked for a better first experience. I am deeply grateful for the warmth and kindness shown to my precious boy. more

I have been taking my kids to Dr. Wilson's pediatric dental office for about 5 years. The hygienists are always very, very good with the kids, knowing exactly now to approach the children if they feel a bit anxious. Over the past few years, I have seen this office become better organized and we have gotten seen in a more timely manner. It was not poorly run before but now everything goes really smoothly. It makes visits a piece of cake. more

We travel from South Lyon to Dr. Wilson's office because of the excellent treatment my two children receive. Both kids were afraid at the previous dentist and cried the whole time. At Dr. Wilson's they had no problems and actually look forward to going! more

Dr. Kay Wilson and her staff were wonderful! My daughter was very nervous, due to a poor experience somewhere else. Dr. Wilson did a wonderful job making her feel comfortable. Words that were spoken were kind and terms that were used put my daughter at ease. ("wiggle out a tooth" instead of "pull it") The equipment was appropriately sized, another plus at making my daughter comfortable! Toys were provided to help take her mind off of things and helped to put her at ease. Everyone seemed genuinely concerned with my daughter and took an interest in her. I really appreciate that my daughter left feeling happy! Thank you! more
