I take my elderly mother to Wilm Audiology for her hearing tests. Last year we also purchased hearing aids for her from this office. The staff, especially Rebecca Blaha, is great. Ms Blaha is very patient with my mom to get the level of her hearing aids set just right for the setting in which my mom uses them. One of the hearing aids was defective and it was replaced without question. Then the charger malfunctioned and it too was replaced.
