Willys Gym

I came to this gym as a trial run, and told the people such. They told me to do the year long membership as it was less expensive and there was no cancelation fees. A month after I joined I tried to quit but was faced with management stating I had to pay a penalty, the opposite of what I was told. I had to continue to pay this expensive gym membership for another month after I stopped using it. So I paid a set up fee, I used it for a month and now I have to pay for 2 months. I would have NEVER joined this gym had ANY of the sales people been honest about the financial requirements. They only want to make a buck, they don't care about the people who join the gym, they just want your money. Don't go there, immoral business practices, no customer service what so ever. more

This is a great gym if you are looking for classes. They offer more than anyone else that I have seen. The staff is great and so are the teachers. Always willing to help and make the classes fun. Rates are around $70 a month now but if you take a lot of classes that it a really good rate. Classes begin at 5am too which not a lot of places have. Pros: Lots of classes, Great Teachers, Nice Staff Cons: Sometimes could be cleaner more

there is no support after you join...you are on your own. If you know what to do, it is certainly well equipped with plenty of machinery and weights. They just don't take care of the members on the floor. No one is available to watch you with the weight machines...or they just don't seem to care. Pros: facility and equipment..great location Cons: no one is on the floor to help the members more
