I was a local, loyal customer for years until they sold me a warranty for a new Jetski that I bought from them. Jetski ended up needing major engine work after a warrantied part failed. When another dealer (I lived out of state by this time) contacted them to cover the needed repairs,,,they had no record of my warranty. After faxing a few documents to them,,,it turns out they pocketed the money and never signed me up with the warranty company. They gave the out of state dealer the OK to start repairs,,,and after the work was done they only agreed to cover a portion of the cost,,,,leaving me on the hook for the rest of the $$$$.... Most unprofessional experience I've ever had. I would personally like to point out Jim Tabor as the person responsible for this fiasco. He made the mistake and he had the oppurtunity to make it right,,,and didn't.
