Willow Pet Hotel

My husband and I adopted a yellow lab puppy in Sept 2012. She was crazy, energetic and stole our heart.\r In March 2013, we got wonderful news we were adopting a baby girl but we had to go out of state for a couple of months. We left our puppy at Willow Pet Hotel, where she was very well taken care of by the staff. Every time I called (which was very often) to check on her, Regina at the front desk, was so sweet and nice and would take the time to let me know my ""four legged baby"" was having a blast. She was trained by Cindy while she was there, and came back to us a well behaved puppy (which was a relief, with a newborn, we were a little nervous). Cindy would send pictures of her training and playing, which also put our mind at ease. Cindy would use a crying baby doll and stroller to desensitize her to it. So when we came home with our baby girl, our puppy was already used to everything, so we had a smooth transition. Our puppy had formed a bond with the staff, Kezelle is one of her favorites, so Willow Pet Hotel became her home away from home. She didn't want to leave!\r When our daughter was 3 months old, she was diagnosed with a very rare auto immune disease and we spent most of the summer in the hospital. Our yellow lab puppy went back to the very capable care of the Willow Pet Hotel. This was a relief for us, knowing she was happy and cared for, allowed us to focus on the care of our daughter. We are all home now and our yellow lab still goes every week to doggie day care. She runs through the door (as oppose to the Vets office) ...she cant wait to see the staff and play. \r Willow Pet Hotel has taken very good care of my family and I can't thank them enough.\r Diane more

We travel into LI 6 to 10 times per year for family functions. We live in Florida. We drive and take our dog (Standard Poodle) with us. Since finding a hotel to take a large dog is almost impossible, we looked for a pet hotel. Our children told us they used Willow. We have left Ebony there many times. She loves going there (she bounces thru the front door). She has always come back healthy and happy. They do an incredible job of Grooming her (at prices much less than we pay in the Palm Beach area). We were only dissapointed once when we could not get in for the XMAS holiday. (It was our fault, We waited to late to book), and had to get a 3rd rate hotel to stay in with her. Great place, great people and very clean...... more

My dog Norton loves to go to Willow Pet Hotel for Doggie Daycare a few days a week-- it's much more active then sitting home alone all day and he's much happier! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and I always know my buddy is in good hands! I would recommend them to anyone!! more

Dirty, smells like urine. overpriced, nickle and dime you. hidden fees. NO 24 HOUR care. more

we picked up our dog on saturday morning> our dog was soaked in urine!!! it took almost ten minutes to bring our dog to us as they tried to make a feeble attempt to wash the dog off. the lobby is beautiful. however i could tell by the employees sweating that the back where the dogs are kept had no a/c whatsoever. i was very skeptical before leaving my dog and was very upset afterwards. you live and learn in this life> this place is a sham!!!!!!!!!!. it took 2 showers and commercial hair cleaner to clean the urine off our dog. the dog was panting like crazy, and scared when we got her... NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the owners should be in cages and the dogs in the lobby....... more

We've left our two little shih tzus at Willow Pet several times and have always had a pleasant experience - well worth the money. The staff is really friendly, and the place is always immaculate. Highly recommend. more

We just had Dutchess stay over at Willow for her Holiday vacation & she seemed to have such a great time that she didnt want to leave! We got her the group play time & we were told that she had made friends with an italian waterdog named Teddy who was in from Brooklyn. Its like a day care for dogs. Pros: Newly remodelled, Same quality care as always. more
