Dr Sivvie and her staff are always friendly and professional. With the exception of this visit, I would say the work done has always been excellent.

I am always blown away by the customer service Dr. William's office provides. The staff always goes above and beyond to be accomodating. AND Dr. Williams is extremely friendly and performs excellent work. I highly recommend him as a dentist and his staff. more

A Crowning Experience 9/22/2011

When I went to receive a crown for my tooth, I left feeling as if I had also received a royal crown for my head; that is the kind of experience I had with Dr. Brad and Leslie. I was treated like royalty, from the first entry into the reception area until I walked out the door 3 hours later with a new crown for my broken tooth. What really made the visit memorable is that I had requested, and was allowed, to actually watch the milling process of my new crown. Fascinating! The best part is that the care and concern shown by everyone in that office is truly real. I won't go so far to say that I LOVE coming to the dentist's office, but I will say that I always feel wonderfully cared for as I leave. What a lovely group of people! more

I'm so relieved it's over and I'm so glad I don't remember anything about it except everyone was very kind and understanding of a grown woman who is so freaked out by a dental procedure. Thank you, Judy Blaisdell more

Thorough cleaning, great follow up from last visit. Only problem, which was unavoidable, was the long wait for Dr Williams' exam (who had a long line of people with emergencies), which we eventually postponed to another day. I understand that (some day I may be the emergency!). more
