Dr Sivvie and her staff are always friendly and professional. With the exception of this visit, I would say the work done has always been excellent.

I cannot adequately express my appreciation to Dr. Williams and all the ladies at Williams and Sivie for their wonderful care, concern, professionalism, and expertise. I had several dental procedures done to improve my bite and my sleep apnea, and it could have been a long, painful ordeal. However, the phenomenal staff made each visit comfortable and painless. The friendly environment at the office makes going to the dentist a lot like just visiting old friends! And my results are fantastic!! Thanks! more

Excellent friendly dental service from Dr Williams 10/25/2011

Dr Brad Williams and Karen (hygienist) both provide great, pain free services and are very friendly! Dr Brad is a perfectionist, a quality always welcome in my mind when it comes to medical/dental care. A few weeks after a filling, I was asked back into the office for a correction that they had found was needed by reviewing my records. it was so minor, I didn't even know anything was wrong. Dr Brad fixed it quickly, painlessly, and at no extra charge. I feel that the staff here really cares about the well being of their patients. more

The staff is always warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in. The clinic is very professional and clean. The exam wasn't as bad as most dentist exams are and you don't walk away needing Tylenol. Overall a very good experience. more

Karen really made me feel comfortable. She made sure I had a blanket and a neck pillow. She really puts you at ease, therefore; she can do her job better on cleaning teeth. It is always so nice to get hugs. more

Phase 1 of new crown 10/18/2011

I had a great experience this morning. Arrived at 7:55 for an 8am appointment. Taken back for treatment at 8am. They explained all steps of the day's process and what I would need to do to care for my temporary crown. Did an excellent job completing the process and I was on my way by 9:30 in line with my expectations. more

Excellent Care, Warm & Friendly Atmosphere 10/18/2011

My family and I have been patient of Dr. Williams and Sivie for the past 25 years. They have always provided us with excellent care and the atmosphere has always been warm and friendly. Many of the staff members have been with the office for most of the 25 yrs which says a lot these days. I highly recommend this office to friends and co-workers. more

Teeth Cleaning 10/4/2011

I came in for cleaning. I was greeted with a warm reception. I was attended to right away. Valeria came out right away and escorted me to her cleaning area. Everything in the cubicle was neatly arranged and very clean atmosphere. Once again she took her time and cleaned my teeth as always. I also appreciate her feedback and advice on how to floss and keep teeth clean (that helps too). Overall it was a great visit. kudos to all the staff all smiling & friendly faces. Great job! Keep it up! more
