Excellent customer service 11/13/2013

I had my water pump and timing belt replaced earlier this year and recently started leaking coolant. I went to William Tickle without an appointment and within hours they had diagnosed the replacement water pump was bad and replaced it with another one under warranty. The owner was very professional and considerate of our situation. I was recommended to William Tickle Automotive by someone I trust and I will always recommend them to others. more
