My eyelids were drooping to the point that I felt I was wearing a sunvisor all the time. I looked tired even after a full nights sleep. When I went for an eye exam the Optometrist told me that he couldn't improve my vision until I took care of the eyelids. Saw several doctors and after getting a recommendation from a friend to see Dr Mack, I called his office and was scheduled in right away. He took care of the lids and the bags below the eyes. Vision has improved and I look years younger. He follows through night or day and has a very attentative caring staff. If there was a better rating than 5 stars, Dr. mack would qualify. more

I saw another doctor who instructed me to just massage my tearduct area to help with the blockage. Not satisfied with any improvement, I researched and found Dr. William Mack. Through a minimal surgery, the doc was able to un-do the blockage and I now can produce tears. No more itchy dry eyes. more

With the bad press of eyelids drooping from Botox, I did my research. I wanted and needed Botox (getting old!) but I did not want to come out of the doctor's office looking surprise, fake or droopy. I found a unique type of plastic surgeon- and oculaplastic doctor. I thought to myself what a better way to go! Dr. Mack trained in the eyes so I felt comfortable that he would not let me walk out surprised, fake looking or droopy eyed! I look great and I've been back twice now. I love my Botox and I love going to see Dr. Mack! more

Like JOSIEQ below, I visited several other doctors before going thru with my surgery with Dr. Mack. Glad I did and the word oculoplastic caught my attention also on the internet. I would rather have my eyes done by an ""eye guy"" than a ""boob guy."" Thanks Dr. Mack and his great staff more

Dr. Mack and his entire team are amazing! I am so pleased with my upper and lower eyelid surgery that restored my field of vision and my aging eye area. I wake up each day nearly 6 months later and am still so thrilled! I see so much better and also see a me in the mirror I have not seen for a long time! I found Dr. Mack on the internet. What caught my attention was that he is an OCULOPLASTIC surgeon. This is a must for eye procedures due to the delicate nature of that area. I interviewed several other plastic surgeons but I just did not receive confidence I needed to proceed until I met Dr. Mack. He gave me confidence that I would still look like me -- naturally refreshed. Without writing a book I will say the entire process, surgery and recovery was a breeze! He truly is a gifted surgeon that I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for quality care and expertise! more

Dr. Mack discounted previous suggestions of much more surgery. He even said he wasn't positive I needed botox. Had I not found Dr. Mack I may have paid way more for needless surgery. I firmly believe that it's because he specializes in facial surgery and specifically eyes. I couldn't be any more pleased. Capable, reasonable, confident...what more could one ask for. more

Finally got my ear lobes done! They had become saggy with time and Dr. Mack was able to get them back to normal! Quick easy, in the office, and I'm able to get my ears repierced! more

Dr. Mack follows through with everything. I had surgery, their staff was on top of everyting and I heard from them almost daily prior to the operation. Dr. Mack met me before surgery to make sure I didn't have any last minute questions. After surgery I got a call at home from Dr. Mack himself... as well as multiple check ups from his nurse. For a doctor to call the patient at home on their free time sure does show how commited he is to his job!!! more

I was very hesitant to try Botox due to all the negative press. I found Dr. Mack via the internet and word of mouth. Doctor Mack is a great physician and I wouldn't feel comfortable getting botox from someone who was not trained in the eye region. I have friends that go to med spas and receive Botox from dentists? Why would you want a doctor who knows nothing about the muscles around your eyes injecting and possibly causing problems. Go see Dr Mack if you are interested in Botox! more

Got Juvaderm last week for the first time with Dr. Mack. FANTASTIC office and staff and even greater doctor. Highly recommend to all interested! more

I had my upper eyelids done last month and everyone wants to know what I did. They know I look better and awake but they have no idea what it is I had done! I'm so pleased... the staff was great, the surgery center, and more importantly Dr. Mack. Thank you Dr. Mack & Staff... I look and feel great and highly recommend him to anyone interested in ANY facial procedures! more

I had 2 plastic surgeons tell me I needed a forehead lift when I have a hereditary condition where my eyelids were getting wrinkly and saggy...I've had other girlfriends who have been told the same....that's b/c most plastics drs don't have the experience to take care of what really needs help! Dr. Mack is amazing...I continue to get Botox and Juvaderm there. After my eyelid surgery and 1st Botox/Juva treatment, my best friend of 20 years didn't even know - she just kept saying how amazing I looked! Less is best...and this is Dr. Mack's philosophy. I also use Marcia for my skin - I had melasma (brown spots) from too much sun exposure and other treatments I(IPL, micro, Jessner) were not getting to it...nothing really resolved it. I stuck with Marica's treatment for 6 months using Obagi plus a more intense peel and my skin looks so much better. Her facial is about 2/3rds the price of other facials I've received in the past and hers is THE BEST I've ever had. If you think your eyelids are the problem and are being told to get a forehead lift, go see Dr. Mack. He does both but does only what's needed. I think i look like I did ten years ago and feel it, too. more
