We had Rott do our roofing and siding project recently and it could'nt have gone better if I wanted it to. After interviewing 5 contractors, I found Rott used the BEST materials out there and had by far the longest labor warranty in the business. If you don't call them, you are doing yourself a disservice. Every other contractor I met with tried to pass off inferior material and practices on me but not Rott. Up front with everything including the price. In no way do they use "substandard materials" or "cut corners". Again, we are extremely pleased with the entire experience. more

I recently had all the windows in my home replaced by William. C. Rott & Son, Inc.. They performed the daunting task quickly, efficiently, and most professionally. The entire installation of 24 windows was completed in just 3 days. The installation included insulating the window weight cavities, and custom fitting of the exterior aluminum trim covering on each of the windows. The installers cleaned up the work site each day and even vacuumed. Their consultant explained how that I would save a significant amount of money off my heating and cooling bills. This summer I have reduced by air conditioning costs by more than 50%. This winter I anticipate even a larger reduction of our heating costs. Also all the windows feature tilt in for easy cleaning and can be easily removed to allow for an emergency fire escape should the need ever arise. Needless to say both my wife an I are extremely satisfied with the William C Rott & Son company and recommend them very highly. more

I had some work done by William Rott and I was rather unhappy with both the craftsmanship of the work and quality of the materials. They were rather pricey too but I learned all this the hard way. I had a friend, who is also in the contracting business, come check the work out after it was done and he pointed out all the short cuts they took and substandard materials they used. I would avoid using Rott at all costs! more
