I had a 6" lift installed on my truck and also did wheels and tires. After a manufacturer defect was causing a problem brought my truck back in and they resolved the problem quick...

Worst

Two single piece wheel bearings for a 2002 Honda Accord. Part cost $72 x 2. Total bill was $500. What a bunch of HOGS....

Great service, got me in right away, searched for the best price on the part my van needed and got it fixed right away-both time. Kept me informed throughout the process. Above and beyond. I will recommend Willards to everyone and will use no one else. Thank you more

Rude, willing to ""pass the buck"" if they mess up. I would never recommend going to this shop unless you want your car in worse condition than it already was after they just ""looked"" at it. They don't accept that they make mistakes and they are very defensive about it. They are purely in it for the money and they obviously don't care about their work. more

incompetent service 6/21/2013

Took my vehicle in because I had no A/C. They "tested" it and said I had a leaky compressor and tried to sell me one for $900. I took it home and charged the system myself and immediately found a fitting with a major leak. Tightened it up and now you could hang meat it my suburban. So much for trusting it to the pros. more

Finally! 2/27/2013

I went to Willard's for some work on my front-end. I have driven by his shop for years, thinking it was more of a racing shop for gearheads. Once inside, I found just the opposite. The lobby and shop are clean. The crew is very efficient, knowledgable, and willing to help. While they were writing the estimate for the front-end work, I asked if they could help with a fuel problem, and an exhaust project. They handled all three projects that same day, and did it for a fair price. Willard's is now my first stop for auto repair. more
