I had a 6" lift installed on my truck and also did wheels and tires. After a manufacturer defect was causing a problem brought my truck back in and they resolved the problem quick...

Worst

Two single piece wheel bearings for a 2002 Honda Accord. Part cost $72 x 2. Total bill was $500. What a bunch of HOGS....

After a manufacturer defect was causing a problem brought my truck back in and they resolved the problem quickly, correctly and free of charge. Great guys to work with and I would definitely recommend to anyone getting a complicated IFS lift kit installed. more

Recent repair of my 2005 Dodge Diesel truck brake problems. 6/1/2016

Without prior notice, Sunday night I left my truck at Willard's worried about driving any further with my brakes overheating. About 7:30 Monday morning, Jack called me that his team recognized the problem. The wrong fluid type was used in my brakes. Jack immediately help me contact and discuss the problem with my insurance. Jack prepared a professional e-mail to my insurance explaining what they discovered. Wow what great service! My experience with Willard's I would say Willard's is always looking out for the customer. I take all my vehicle to Willard's and recommend Willard's without any reservations. My truck works great. It was fixd, big job and I no longer have brake issues. I am so appreciative!
