Willamette Valley Moving

Willamette Valley Moving was recommended to me by a co-worker, and now I am recommending them to everyone else. They are very professional, and really know what they are doing. They lay floor protection, wrap ALL your furniture to ensure it's safety, and move very quick. They set up and took care of absolutely everything we wanted them too, with smiles and courteous comments. They were shown the rooms and areas one time, and remembered everything we discussed. You don't have to empty any drawers, they wrap your dressers to secure your belongings, and are strong and agile enough to carry them that way. One of my favorite things were the wardrobe boxes they loan you- for free. They bring them in and put them by your closets... you transfer hangers from one rod to the other. At our new house they took them to the closets for us to unload, then took the boxes back with them when we were completely done. Pros: Tons of packing supplies, and they use them all to care for your belongings. Cons: 24' truck is the largest they have, so it ended up taking us two trips. more

On my first try, their secretary was pretty rude. I left a comment here and the Angie's List stating such. The owner immediately contacted me to right the situation. I was impressed with the level of care and honesty he exhibited. I will use this mover in the future. more

They showed up on time and got the job done quickly for a great price. They even remained friendly and professional when they determined their truck wouldn't make it up our very steep driveway and they'd have to carry everything down! Nothing was broken or scratched either. Pros: Professional, well-priced, friendly, prompt, nothing broken. Cons: I did tell them that a large truck wouldn't make it up the driveway but they brought it anyway. more

I would recommend this moving company to anyone (and I have!). The movers work hard and as fast as they can. I felt very comfortable working with them and thought that the final bill was a great value. Everyone that I know that has used them has also been very happy. I found them on Angie's List, they have tons of great reports on there too. more
