This is a wonderful full service credit union that is open to anyone in the Saginaw county area. The process to open a checking/savings account was quicker than I thought and the bank officer was very friendly.
The ATM card can be used at many locations with no fee (even 7-11). Every time I have went to conduct banking transactions the wait time is minimal and they staff extra tellers during the busy Fridays and Sat hours.
The fact they are open Sat is an added bonus. The website is easy to navigate.
It did take a long time to receive my checks after opening the account but overall this is a great Credit Union and I tell everyone about it.
