Wonderful Wig World! 5/22/2011

What a lovely place it is! It's eight years since I retired and moved to Reno area. I was so lucky to have found Wig World. The owner has been very kind -- always smiling face. She has never complained no matter how many wigs I've tried on. She has got a lot of patience. She is so polite and always offers service even before I ask her. So far as I've experienced, customer is the King here. The quality of wig is great also. Not to mention so many varieties of wigs you can choose from. Kindness, hospitality, after-service and all other good things! I recommend Wig World to everyone who needs wigs! I bought several wigs there. I really enjoy my wigs. more

Great place for wigs! 7/1/2010

I love this place so much! I can't live without wigs and this is the only place that I go because the lady there knows what's good for me and I they have so many wigs to choose from. And the best part is that she trims and makes it look like I've just came out of the salon with really nice hair. Everybody compliments my hair and asks me where I've got a hair cut. more

These people should not be in business! How are they still here when they DO NOT CARE about people.... PERIOD. Cant think of another way to say it. Actually, as I understand it, they actually purchased the business a short time ago. The original owners established a good name and it will not take too long for these uncaring individuals to overcome that reputation. Cons: very poor quality merchandise more
