The owner has a terrible temper 10/11/2013

I had broken a fingernail on my car door and needed to pull over to file it down so I pulled into the parking lot of Wick and Greene. I wasn't there for 45 seconds before the owner, Michael Greene, came out of the store and yelled at me, harassed me, berated me, and cussed at me for parking in his lot. I was explaining - through my window because I wasn't about to roll it down as he kept screaming at me to do - that I was just filing my nail for a moment. He then tried to open my car door! Thank goodness it was locked. I left the premises and went home, too shaken up to run any more errands. I called the police and filed a report. I can't advise strongly enough to steer clear of this establishment. more

My engagement ring had lost one of the stones and it was all out of shape. Brought the ring here for repair. Got the perfect stone to fit in there and then they brought my ring back in shape and they also polished and cleaned it for me with no extra cost.\r more

Excellent Experience 8/16/2011

I'm so impressed by this place! I'm new to the Asheville area and stopped in to get my watch battery changed. Not only were they able to change it while I wait, they treated me like I had money to spend in their store. I'm a young professional and I was dressed in gym clothes the morning I stopped at Wick and Greene. They were so nice to me even though I wasn't dressed up or spending a lot of money. I ended up buying a pair of Marco Bicego earrings while I was there - they weren't expensive and I wear them ALL the time! Thanks for the great experience! more
