April, the hygienist, is always pleasant, professional and does a thorough cleaning; will continue to request her. The office is very professional and the staff very personable.

Pierson/Windle have helped me 6/5/2010

Pierson/Windle have helped me get over fear of going to the dentist and I feel I have never really felt 'pain' - maybe just a bit of pressure here and there, but I have never gone home with pain. They are all friendly in the office and seem to work well together, to help each other when/if needed. I certainly do not dread to go to the dentist. more

Wonderful 6/5/2010

The overall experience for myself and my two daughters (ages 5 and 8), was wonderful. The staff was veary accommodating and sensitive to our needs. I was impressed; witnessing the crown for my root canal being customized by a digital mechanism was additional proof that Dr. Pierson invests in keeping up with the latest technology. In addition to great care, I was appreciative for the flexibility of appointment availability on some Saturdays, which was a tremendous aid to my work schedule. My only regret is not being able to afford getting more :D more

Referred many people 6/4/2010

Dr. Pierson seems to have a genuine interest in dentistry and his patients themselves. On the rare occasion anything transpired that was not to my satisfaction, Dr. Pierson was more than willing to work with you and bent over backwards to "make it right". He seems to me like an honest, decent guy. I have referred many people to him without any hesitation. more

I would feel more comfortable more female techs, nurses, aides, etc who were in the 35-55 age range. Age represents years of experience. more

Very friendly staff and very thorough. I had a question a few days later concerning a possible side effect on medication, and I received a phone call from Dr. Pierson within 15 minutes. He was most thorough in his discussion. more

Exceeds Expectations 6/3/2010

In the 23 years of having Dr. Pierson as my dentist, I have recommended him to many people, often people who, like me, have had terrible experiences. I am always thanked by friends and co-workers for making the recommendation and have had many say they actually enjoy going to the dentist now and his caring service is above anything expected. 'Doc' consistenyly goes above the call of duty and far exceeds expectations. more

My experience at Drs Pierson & Windle's office was absolutely wonderful! I had a lot of cosmetic work done which took several extended visits to tackle and each visit was better than the last. All of the staff was extremely professional and made me feel at ease both in and out of the chair. The cherry on top: my teeth are gorgeous. Theirs is definitely the best dentist's office in the city of Wichita. more

I had a root canal done, and the experience at dr. Pierson's office was great! All the staff was wonderful, and very friendly. They did an awesom job on my tooth!! They are by far the best dental office that i have been to with their work, the atmosphere, their professionalism, and their attitude!!!!! more

Good Service 5/26/2010

I spoke with the receptionist today concerning my next appointment. Instead of having a crown, done I wish to have the tooth extracted. My concern was cost. I was very surprised to learn, after my root canal, that I was charged $982, and that the next appointment for the crown ($1000) and "build up" ($371 ) would be almost $2300. I am not prepared to spend that on one tooth. I understand the extraction would be between two and three hundred dollars. I wish I had known all these facts prior to the root canal. Prehaps there should be a different price schedule for the uninsured, but I believe that would be impractical. more

I couldn't ask for a better dental group 5/25/2010

For years I had neglected my teeth due to a bad experince as a child. The Dr. and staff have help me to face my fears and treated me with the care and kindness the I need, not just the first time I went in , but every time I visit. I couldn't ask for a better dental group. more
