Whole Salon Spa

My wife has gone to this salon for years and it has always been a wonderful experience. It is obvious that the two negative reviewers have either never been here or have a bone to pick. My guess is that they were probably difficult customers who were invited to infest another salon with their skanky hair & grooming problems. This is a beautiful salon with a very friendly, professional staff. Highly recommended. more

I have been to this salon 3 times. I kept thinking maybe it was me, or they were all having a bad day. Each time I went when I walked in everyone appeared to have a scoul on their face. Not one employee was smiling. The atmosphere was as though they all hated their jobs or perhaps each other. Stylist on all occassions was not friendly , and appeared to be in a hurry and not interested . They were not busy, one other person in there each time I went. Stylist didn't even look at my hair to discuss what I wanted until it was wet. My hair is wavy, but you can't tell when it is wet. Not worth the money to have that kind of terrible service. Shelves out front were thick with dust, four employees standing around doing nothing!! Perhaps they should clean the display area. Love the hair products.....not happy with salon employees. more

I treated myself to a day at the spa because I've been working flat out and really wanted to do something nice for myself. Upon walking in you are greeted with that amazing Aveda aroma and the front desk offered me tea or water. Because I came in on a Wednesday my facial and massage was only $50 each! Seriously you can't beat that price even if you went to Massage Envy - they don't have the same ambiance this place has. The massage therapist let me choose an aroma that she integrated into the massage and she placed hot towels onto my feet that immediately relaxed me. Then I had Madai for my manicure and pedicure. What a doll. I just loved her. I love that the nail area is not shared with the hair area. It was way more relaxing. Last but not least I had Michael for a wash and blow out. He gave me the BEST scalp massage ever. I almost asked him to run away with me - but I don't think my husband would like that very much. I loved that the shampoo area is dimmly lit and doesn't have the annoying radio cranked like other salons. After he shampooed me he applied a hair mask and hot towel. SO NICE. Needless to say I really loved this place. I would absolutely come back and recommend this place to others. Pros: Great ambiance, fair prices more

Terrible Service! You will not get individual attention when coming to this salon. They will overbook the clients, just to get more in with no concern for anyone. The staff need to go back to school because they don't know how to do manicures properly and will give you an infection! The customer service is the worst I have ever seen in my life. They are rude and have no respect for the clients, all they want is your money! They will make you feel rushed and they just want to get through your appointment. The facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures are terrible here! If you want good service from a salon that really cares about their clients and if you want to feel special, don't waste your money at this one! There are many other great salons in the area that will give you the service and comfort for what you pay for! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! Pros: NONE Cons: READ BELOW... more
