I have been to this salon 3 times. I kept thinking maybe it was me, or they were all having a bad day. Each time I went when I walked in everyone appeared to have a scoul on their face. Not one employee was smiling. The atmosphere was as though they all hated their jobs or perhaps each other. Stylist on all occassions was not friendly , and appeared to be in a hurry and not interested . They were not busy, one other person in there each time I went. Stylist didn't even look at my hair to discuss what I wanted until it was wet. My hair is wavy, but you can't tell when it is wet. Not worth the money to have that kind of terrible service. Shelves out front were thick with dust, four employees standing around doing nothing!! Perhaps they should clean the display area. Love the hair products.....not happy with salon employees.
