This place is a vegetarian's dream grocery store, with a focus on natural and organic goods and a gargantuan selection of fruits, vegetables and vegan products. But carnivores won't feel neglected, as stores also boast a vast selection of top-quality meats, poultry and fish. Also expect fresh-baked goods, house ware, a floral department and a well-stocked vitamin and personal-product section. Deli offers hot and cold prepared foods and artisanal cheeses. more

Great, but getting really pricey 4/2/2011

Though the quality of their food and service is great (usually), their prices are getting really up there. I will continue buying their free range meat products, but I think that's all my budget can afford. more

The Best Organic Market on the Planet 7/11/2007

I've been a faithful patron of Whole Foods since 1997. There is such a wonderful variety of foods and bakery goods, as well as sundries for the home, and personal care products. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and my weekly shopping excursion is a hightlight for me. I love talking to the staff and getting to know everyone over time. One of the first people I met at WF is Clarence and I used to giggle at his stories about driving a hearse! Alex is a music major in college and I enjoy our chats about playing the piano. Pros: Largest selection of organic foods and natural home products Cons: The staff should wear shirts that identify them as employees; they all look like customers. more

Great Organic and Natural Food Selection 8/19/2006

Whole Foods has a great selection of organic fruits and vegetables. Whole Foods also carries many vegan and vegetarian products. Great selection of soy ice cream and cheese! The bakery has great bread and pita that is made fresh everyday and the deli meats are all natural with no preservatives. Packaged foods have no chemicals or artificial flavors. more

Best quality and huge selection! 10/13/2002

I delight in my weekly Whole Food shopping trips. It's the highlight of my week to shop for anything my organic heart desires. Always a huge selection of quality products from which to choose and the most inexpensive bulk grains and organic vegetables assembled in one place. From daikon radish to burdock root, butternut squash to fresh mushrooms, this year I am also buying my first Tofurky for Thanksgiving! And their deil delights are awesome. I sit outside the store to eat the delicious deli creations under the shade of their table umbrellas and savor every bite to the smiles of other doing the same thing. It's truly the best shopping experience I've ever had. Pros: Always Fresh, Terrific Variety, Wonderful Values more
