When my house had about 7-8 inches of flood due to the broken water pipe on the main floor kitchen running down the kitchen, I was terrified. It was during the middle of the winter, cold and freezing,... I did not know what to do. Fortunately, Keith, from White's Fire, Smoke & Water Damage Restoration, was there promptly to offer the services. Keith said, ""Don't worry, we would do everything to help you get this dried up!"" He worked to very late into the evening with his workers and high-tech equipments to draw out the water in the basement during the cold freezing winter days. At that time, I was away at a different city. Keith communicated with me very frequently and was watching out for my house as well. He went beyond his services to help in other smaller tasks. He was efficient, honest, friendly, and professional. I am very satisfied with his work and would recommend to anyone who face home crisis like me, with either water or fire damage.
