What a wonderful service. I am usually busy and have no time to go to doctor. I used the service for the first time and LOVED it. I am a teacher and a Coach and was at track practice that day. Lori came right out to the track and she did my check up on my tailgate. I mean who does that??? White Glove....that's who!!!! All about the customer!!!! Brought me a goodie bag, gave me 3 day prescription and mailed the rest of prescription that week. I will be using this service again for sure.\r Loving the sick life now. more

Whiteglove House call is wonderful!!! I have used them twice. I am a single mother of two children and there is just NO time in the day for me to take myself to the doctor. Where to begin!? I couldn't move at all because I injured my back. At the same time, I got a soar throat, fever and congested. They came, gave me medication and even an injection! The bag of ""goodies"" helped as well. I didn't have to worry about a thing!\r Worth every penny! Pros: everything! Cons: can't think of any more

I used WhiteGolve House Call Health one day when I just couldn't make it to work and let me just tell you, it was exactly what I needed! I called in the morning and they were there by noon - right when they said they'd be! It was like 1935 when doctors would come by with their little black bag, except with all the conveniences of 2009! I was thoroughly checked out (bloodpressure, temp, everything!) and then diagnosed with a sinus infection. I was given - on the spot - medicine for the week and a goody bag with everything you need to get feeling better (Soup, tissues, gatorade, SOBE life water, crackers and much more...) I didn't even have to go to the pharmacy!! The hospitatly of the nurse was great; inviting her into my home was not uncomfortable in any way. The visit was filed with my insurance company for the price of a doctor copay!!!! Nothing else!! Then - believe it or not - I got a follow up call from them just asking how I was feeling and if there was anything else they could do! Who else does that!?!There is nothing that compares to this service. Especially having to pull yourself out of bed, get in the car, go to the clinic and wait at the for the worst, heartless, generic and often rude service we all get there! (If you've been to the Tx MedClinic, then you know what I'm talking about!) Then having to drive yourselfto the pharmacy, wait for your prescription and then start taking your medicine. I took my first dose with the nurse still at my house, already on my way to feeling better! I have nothing bad to say about my experience with WhiteGlove House Call Health. I recently had WhiteGloves come to my place of employment. The service was excellent as a complete exam was administered by a qualified medical person. I've been battling allergies for over 2 months now, like almost everyone else in San Antonio, and I had gone to an urgent care clinic only to wait for 2 hours and be told to take some advil for my headache and pay well over $100.00!!! That same night I had a fever and I was out of work for 3 days with a sinus infection! I went back to work and my boss suggested I call Whiteglove. It was the best advice ever! The nurse practitioner came to my office and she was so nice and I could tell that she just wanted me to feel better. Not only did I feel totally comfortable with her I also felt much better after she gave me my prescriptions. I've been recommending Whiteglove to all of my coworkers, family, clients and friends. With a crazy schedule and suddenly ill, I found myself trying to figure out how I could get to the doctor. A colleague suggested that I call White Glove and I am glad I did. They arrived promptly and gave a brief but thorough exam. I was given several prescriptions and had one additional called in to my local pharmacy. The care package was a very nice benefit, it kept me from having to drag myself through the store for those items you find yourself needing when you are sick. I highly recommend this service. \r \r The medical staff come to your front door with a goody bag (soup, drinks, tissue, cough drops, crakers, ect.) for $35.00. And they had the medication available. \r \r It was worth the service not to leave the house. \r \r I hate sitting it the doctors office for 2-3 hours and then driving to pharmacy and wait another hour to fill meds. I called White Glove from my office at around 10 a.m. My appointment was scheduled for 2 that afternoon. The doctor called to ask if he could arrive early (have you ever gotten that from a doctor's office before?) The doctor was very thorough and professional. He left a care package and meds. If I needed a prescription, I understand that they would have arranged to have it delivered to me. The complete visit was less than 30 minutes and I didn't have to miss any time away from work. I just have to say that this service the the greatest. I recently signed up and was sick on the very day. A doctor came out to see me within two hours of my call. The doctor was one of the best I have ever seen. Not only did the nurse call me every morning to check on me while I was sick but, the doctor called me every afternoon. I could not be more impressed. They gave me a care package during my visit that was just a plain lifesaver. They also gave me my medicines on the spot. I will use this service every time I am ill or need to see a doctor. This mis much better than sitting in my doctor's office for 4 hours waiting and waiting. Pros: Best service for professionals out there more

I scheduled an appt. from work and the Nurse Practitioner arrived about 10 minutes after I did at my home. The service was EXCELLENT and the ""extra mile"" touch is a very rare thing these days. I HIGHLY recommend this service. I would use it again without a second thought and if possible instead of a regular doctor visit. The Nurse practicioner was very friendly, caring and knowledgeable.
