White Tie Limousine

I wish I could give 0 stars... We booked this limo for our WEDDING and the driver showed up late (He was supposed to be on call and we called and asked him to come early... he instead showed up at the original time.... so I guess this part is debatable) but our main concern: the car was not very clean and it REAKED of Kool cigarettes. The odor was so bad that by the end of the night, I had a migraine. I was hanging out the window to get air. I called the next day to report the instance since their website clearly states they do not allow smoking in their cars and was met with respect and assured, without asking mind you, that we would receive a FULL refund. I was truly calling to inform them and hopefully prevent this for another bride. I was so impressed with how the company handled it I made a mental note to write a GOOD review. Upon returning from our honeymoon, we saw less than half of a refund. When we called to question this, the couple that owns the business argued, saying they never promised us this, they shouted at us and called us liars, CURSED at us and told us to hire a lawyer then hung up on us. Not before the owner himself told my husband that he ""doesn't care about making it right with you, other people will use our limo company."" Unbelievably unprofessional. We are shocked and in awe that these people are in business. more

Booked White Tie for my wedding in December 2008. First, we drove from Columbia in June 2008 to specifically see one limo, arranged three days prior to our trip to White Tie. Upon arrival, the limo we set an appointment for was not there, and the ""office"" (a house) had to call and found out that it was 30mins away, back in Mt. Pleasant ""on display"" in a parking lot on Hwy 17. Then two weeks after my wedding the driver called to harass me and tried to tell me that 30min overtime was due to them, or he would have to pay it himself. However nothing was said at the time of the event that we were going over, nor was the authorization form for OT ever presented to me. Then to top it all of, one of my Groomsmen lost his Blackberry in the limo. The day after the wedding he contacted the ""office"" and was supposedley told by the owner that the phone was not in the car. Then during the aforementioned phone call, the driver told me that he actually had the phone afterall, in an attmept to try to get me to pay the OT fee. I call that theft, and will follow through as such. This is a non-professional and shabby organization all around. I, nor my friends and family, will ever use this company again. Absolutely wonderful experience! The Infiniti limousine and chauffeur were perfect. The limo was extremely clean, well-prepared, and on time for every event! And, Doug went well above and beyond to ensure that every guest was treated with respect and attention. Thank you! more
