Don't Use This Company!!! 9/8/2011

ZERO customer service!!! I expect more when paying almost $1000 for a limo service. We booked this company to take eight of us to Temecula to go wine tasting. The Hummer overheated before we even hit the first winery. So we were stuck on the side of the road with NO A/C and the driver says NOTHING to us. We have to ask what's going on. Then we limp it to our first stop and they work on the limo while we wait. Needless to say we had to cut our itinerary short. Of course the driver can do nothing in terms of compensating us for time & trouble & sweating in a hot limo. We have to wait to call the person we booked with. He says it was no big deal, only 20 or so minutes on the side of the road and they probably dropped us off later so we got extra time and they owe us nothing. He says he will look into it and call back. Still waiting for that call!!! SO emabarrassing, our friends asked if this company was a real business or some guy who owned a limo and parked it in his driveway at night. Too many limo comapnies out there to deal with these people. Never again! more

Beware of This Company 7/11/2010

Received a quote of $550 from office staff (which we were very happy with) and signed contract at $550. Within 2 hours of signing the contract, we received a call from the staff member who gave the original quote & wrote up the contract stating that the owner would not honor the contract & that the contract had been voided because the employee had under quoted us by $300! My husband spoke with the owner who stuck to his guns & refused to at least meet us halfway. He even threatened to not show up on the day of the scheduled event, which is EXTREMELY unprofessional, if we did not agree to pay the additional $300. He then proceeded to hang up on my husband instead of trying to negotiate to keep our business. The only reason that I rated the company with 1 star was because a rating was required. Best Party Buses in OC 7/15/2009

So this was my first time in a Party Bus. I rented it for my best friend's Bachelorette Party. Some friends of mine had told me how great Party Buses can be and so I decided to give it a shot. I was very cautious though because I've heard some horror stories about other buses. How they can be really old, dirty, and not fit for a party at all. This one was the absolute opposite, and the people over at White Rose really helped put my fears at ease. I got to see pictures on the website, but they also invited me to come and preview the bus in person. So I did cuz I didn't want to be disappointed. It was so Red Carpet! They had everything you get in a club....even a VIP Room Ha! Driver was awesome, Mike at the Office was such a big help and the whole experience was a real treat. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to rent a limo or party bus. Pros: VIP Treatment, Clean, New, Great Amenties more

Not what we signed up for 9/10/2008

Our friends used this limousine company to take us to a concert in Los Angeles from Orange County. I felt so sad for our hosts that I felt the need to find out who the company was that provided the limo. We are not frequent limo users and weren't expecting much, but this one looked like it had recently hosted a drunken prom night crew. (i.e. beer caps and confetti string still wedged in the bar area) And when we got out we were COVERED in glitter...obviously left behind by the last occupants. The driver was very courteous and professional and drove very well, but the car was old and needed some love. Our friend said that they were not the cheapest option and she had specifically asked if they were newer cars. This one was not! Pros: Driver was professional and safe Cons: Old dirty car more
