I moved across state with them. They encouraged me to increase my insurance because the standard insurance is by weight rather than by value, so I did and paid more for it. They lost one box and broke multiple things. Their estimator estimated things at less than have their value, and marked things as repairable that we couldn't find anyone to repair. I valued all repairs and replacements to be over $3000 and they offered me $360. When I contested they asked for more documentation and then just stopped returning calls/letters. Every time I've called them to get status they tell me they will call back and never do. STAY CLEAR they are obviously unethical.
