White Glove has many new employees so I can no longer highly recommend their services as I did in the past. There have been issues with a few of the new hires. Just be cautious as you would with any new person in your home. more

DOESN'T RECOMMEND! The positive reviews can't be real (and they don't seem real as they each say they've been customers for 5, 6, and 7 years.) But after reading the one here about the damage done to her house, I guess I should be thankful White Glove Cleaning Svc and Shy McKinney (owner) swindled me out of $80 when they didn't show when they said they would (said it was my fault) and they ignored rescheduling requests. more

I had White Glove Cleaning Svc. come clean my home because I had a Groupon and I thought it might save me some time. They failed to send me their policies and procedures and their expectations for cleaning until 10:45PM the night before my scheduled cleaning. In fact, I had to call and email them multiple times to confirm the appointment. You would think it would be the other way around. \r \r They did a decent job cleaning, however, they also left a hole in our wall next to our front door. As soon as I noticed it when I got home from work that evening, I took photos and emailed the owner. After multiple follow ups, she basically told me that I must be lying because her crew knows the protocol and would have reported the incident. She told me that she hadn't cashed my Groupon yet and that I could contact them for a refund. My response was that her crew probably didn't notice and that they likely had bumped the wall with their vacuum on their way out. Luckily Groupon didn't give me any trouble about the refund. \r \r If you do hire these people, be sure to check your home for damage before they leave because they won't believe you if you report damage later. My husband and I are busy this weekend patching our wall and repainting. So much for saving time. more

I have been using White Glove for over 6 years. I would not use anyone else. They do a fantastic job, are really pleasant. They are flexible. I love the way my 3 bathrooms turn out, and everything always looks and smells so fresh and clean when they are done. \r I have a yellow lab which means lots of dog hair, but you would't know it once White Glove have cleaned my house.\r White Glove has reasonable prices, look no further, they are the best there is! more

They came out that day and cleaned my whole house AND not only that, but the owner of the company came out personally to make sure that I was satisfied. The price was extremely afforadable.
