**Collision Repair**

When customers schedule their cars for repair,they are given an estimated date of completion. During the repair time,one of our Customer Service Representatives will call with an update 48 hours. If an insurance company is involved,our staff will serve as the customers liaison.

Several factors including extent of damage and parts availability can affect the time it takes to complete repairs. We understand how valuable our customer's time is and strive to keep the repair time to a minimum. Oftentimes,our Parts Managers will pre-order the needed parts so when the customer drops off their car our technicians can get started. This process helps to ensure a timely and accurate repair.
