everyone please do not use them they are greedy and will charge you $2150 for a $65.00 part like they did to me. i found the part they installed and it actually cost $65.00. they are so dishonest. david saltsman the ceo is arrogant and thinks it is ok to charge these outrageous prices. when i complained he just gave me the round around and tried to justify the charge. no amount of him talking crap will convince me that is right. they should be ashamed of themselves. not sure how they can cheat people all day long and sleep at night. they give the business a bad name for others out there that are actual honest. more

Great job 6/24/2015

Tyson Johnson did a wonderful job diagnosing our problem which was moisture near the drainage to the sewer line in our basement. He began by making sure that there was no leakage from faucets or toilets. Then he recommended a camera to look inside the sewer pipe, and called his company to arrange another appointment to deal with this. Throughout he was pleasant friendly and helpful. more

Great Service 6/19/2015

I just had a new HVAC system installed at my home. The technician was very kind and clean. He wore shoe covers and rolled out a red carpet and drop cloth where he was walking. He explained everything to me very thoroughly. My new system will save me a lot of money on my energy bills. Couldn't be more impressed with Whipple. more

"Special" purchase 8/19/2013

When I heard "Whipple" ad, I knew by the name it would be a legitimate special. Mike L is a representative of the Co. that any company should like to have. He is friendly, clean, worked quickly, cleaned up more than necessary, explained the types of toilets and the process. He even sold a second one for the guest bathroom. I'm so happy to have this done and with so little worry. Thanks, Whipple. A great job. more

Exceeded expectations 7/30/2013

Whipple truly is a service champion. From the friendly reception to the confirmation phone call, to the plumber, each member involved in this service call projected the "I care" attitude. It is so rare these days, to be greeted by an individual who "smiles" as they are taking your call. The plumber doing the install was quick, efficient, and cleaned up so I could not tell he had been there. The room looked better than it did before the project. So, what ever Whipple is doing to hire and train their staff, keep doing it! The price was great and the service was better! Thanks. more

I have missionaries staying in my basement and the shower drain clogged. So on my way home from work, I called Whipple Plumbing and the drain was unclogged in no time! Service was prompt, professional, and friendly. more

i worked there for a brief time. and let me tell you there integrety need some attention. customer beware that they do not have your best interest in mind. they have high turn over and a lot of management problems. i would send you to Any-Hour were they have things all figured out. more
