I've been to Donna's shop quite a few times. She has a lot of experience with long arming and is so eager to share knowledge. I learn something new every time I visit the shop.

Great Service 1/9/2013

I am a beginning quilter and have taken a couple quilts to Donna to be quilted. She has a great eye when helping me pick out a quilting pattern that is just the finishing touch the quilt needs! She is great about giving me tips on piecing my quilt and binding! Her customer service is AMAZING! more

Great shop for longarmers 1/1/2013

I met Donna at the quilt show in Raleigh last summer. She's very knowledgeable and was a huge help as I started out with my long arm (another brand). When I upgrade my machine it will be a Handi Quilter. Until then, I know where to buy my backing, thread, pantos, etc. Thanks for all the help Donna! more

Excellent 11/25/2012

Have been quilting for 2 years and wanted to purchase a sit down long arm quilting machine. I saw the sweet16 at a quilting show and tried it out. Called Donna at Whatever's Quilted and drove 2 1/2 hrs to meet Donna and try out machine again. She devoted a one on one demo and was very knowledgeable about machine. Purchased the Sweet16 about a month ago and love it. Have driven up for another lesson and have called her several times with questions and sent her several email questions. She is always responded in an amazingly short time to solve my questions. I can't say enough good things about her and her service. I recommend her very highly!!!! Judy more

Quite pleased with Whatever's Quilted. 10/31/2012

I went to a quilt show where Donna had her machine set up. I really had not seriously considered or thought about buying a longarm machine. I had looked at everything in advertisements, then I saw her demonstration and what it did. Spur of the moment, I considered it, looked at the quilts in the display, and bought it. I am so excited that of course it was put on back-order. When it came, Donna drove quickly a couple of hours down to me and we got the machine assembled and going. As a matter of fact, I was out there today in the studio to do my first quilt. I am still excited and very pleased with her and with everything. more

I met Whatever's Quilted at a quilt show in Raleigh. I was really impressed with the machine and Donna's background made me feel comfortable she was an expert. With the machine, it was a pretty smooth process of purchasing it and getting it set up. She has been wonderful helping us to get going and answer questions along the way. In fact, I called her Friday when I was having a glitch with something. I wasn't sure I was doing things right. She was on her way back from the coast in the storm and was still able to help me through it. I think that says a lot about her willingness to go beyond. more

It was a great experience. 10/12/2012

I called her up, I live about 2.5 away and I was interested on a demonstration of a machine. She was willing to work with my schedule and accommodate me. I went up there and she was very helpful. When I had to contact her with a few questions she was very responsive and answered me in a very quick manner. She asked if there were any other questions, she was very helpful. She helped solve a problem over the phone too. more

I had never used a long arm quilter before. I live quite a ways from the dealership that I purchased my machine from, but it was worth it. I've never called with a question she wasn't able to answer or walk me through. more
