I called her up, I live about 2.5 away and I was interested on a demonstration of a machine. She was willing to work with my schedule and accommodate me. I went up there and she was very helpful. When I had to contact her with a few questions she was very responsive and answered me in a very quick manner. She asked if there were any other questions, she was very helpful. She helped solve a problem over the phone too.
