Wet Towing

Wet Towing is truly the worst towing company I have ever heard of and they are partnered with the Black Apartment Complexes to fleece tax payers. They are rude and very arrogant when dealing with you and they will literally still your car right out from under you. These complexes have contracted these Night Raiders to still cars of visitors when they know the rental Office is not open after 5-pm so your love ones and visit are at their mercy, because they can't get the pass they need. This practice needs to be ended now, so that Wet Towing and the Apartment Complexes can find betters ways to make easy money. By all means move the little signs where they can easily be read and mark the areas clearly where parking is allowed. Wet Towing why don't you make the suggestion - oh you would lose your easy money! more

This place needs to be shut down and investigated. They are very rude and will lie just to keep your car to auction off. You will do the right thing and pay your money and they still will not try to release it. This is the worst towing company I've experienced. They are also predatory with their fees and will try to charge you extra. more

this business is very unprofessional and rude. Spoke to them several times on the phone before driving out there, never told that I had to pay in CASH ($360.00), then said that if I just wanted to pay $125 I could sign my title over to them. Give me a break. I asked if we could get the car towed to our home today and was told that would be another $65.00 and they weren't sure if it could get done today - there were 4 tow trucks in their lot at the time...I called another tow truck co., that we have used in the past and had them get his car. It was a little more $(75) but it was well worth it. They wouldn't even let my son get his stuff out of the car until we paid them. We did not call this business, my son was in a car accident and I think the police dispatcher called them. Never use this business... Cons: facility very dirty, unprofessional attitude, expensive more
