Yes Westview is an alternative health care facility and the doctor there does not believe in over treating animals. We get a blood test yearly to see what vaccinations our animals need instead of just getting them. Dr Calvert has seen my dog in an emergency during her lunch hour. She has treated all of my animals with care and attention. She is very knowledgable . more

Not interested in diagnosis of difficult illnesses, just in selling alternative medicine. Okay for diarrhea or shots but go elsewhere if your pet needs real medicine. They just shrug as if not knowing what's wrong is okay. I was treated nicely but my pets suffered and I wasted money. more

I called twice on a day to speak with a doctor from this facility...both times the person there said that ""she would get back to me""....well, needless to say that didn't happen. On the next day, I was close to the facility and giving them the benefit of the doubt that they were ""busy""....I went in personally to deliever my message in hope that the doctor would be able to review my problem in a few minutes between seeing patients (pets). I was met with a loud mouthed, crude and vicious HUMAN.....she didn't listen to one word I had to say nor ask what it was that I wanted to speak to doctor about...and when I said that I would stay to wait for the doctor to talk to me (in between patients), she told me to get out....get out...don't come back.!! So, if I were looking at this place as one of taking care of your dear pets, I would think twice, as the staff cannot even deal with humans....let alone poor animals that cannot voice their own opinions or thoughts!!!!! more
