The whole staff at Westnedge is always nice to us. They always remember our names, our past conversations, and even ask about how things are going or this and that. They remember everything as if they are taking mental notes of my interest. I don't know how they do it with all these patients! You all always have me leaving warm and fuzzy! Keep smiling! :) more

Please find a new dentist if you are considering being a client here. The staff is extremely rude, discourteous, and unprofessional. Their work is substandard and should not be performed if their isn't a properly trained dentist on hand. They charge different prices based on the dentist you get and by personal relationships. The office itself is old and feels unclean. Also the dentist that I last saw there had extremely bad breath and white crusted residue on the corners of his mouth. PLEASE AVOID GOING HERE!! THE WORST DENTIST OFFICE EVER!!!! more

We have been going to Westnedge Family Dentistry for years! For one, it is the cheapest place around. I have never noticed--as some people have mentioned--whether they wash their hands or not, but I do know this: Dr. Jungblut knows his stuff, and will tell you exactly what needs to be done or what will happen if you don't. He is not a "professional," doctor-doctor type with all the upper-crust doctor attitude, but he is good!! I have never waited more than a few minutes in the waiting room, and--here's another thing I like: Once he freezes you, he stays with you until he works on you. He doesn't leave you, and go to the next patient and come back to you 15 minutes later. He'll answer any questions you have, and if you show any fear or pain he will quietly do his best to help you.\r \r I don't normally have Dr. Mason, but my girls do, and they like him. I had a very bad experience here. The first thing that I noticed as someone else pointed out, that the hygenistist didn't wash his or her hands. Nor did the main guy who poke around in my mouth. The main guy who was in his late 60's or early 70's really didn't seem like a patient person. He also did not care to listen to my questions, just nodded his head and kept saying "ok, alright, etc"\r \r Before the procedure he had instead of carefully inserting the needle to give me Novocaine into my mouth, he jerked and stabbed the inside of my mouth. I don't know if this was accidental or intentional, he never explained when I asked. I asked him not to do that, and he simply told me "im trying to work"\r \r So when I tried to get up, he held me down. Or at least attempted to. That doesn't fly with me. I got up, and left. A few days later I get a phone call, from the receptionist saying she has rescheduled my appointment. Now wait. She has rescheduled my appointment without my permission or knowle more

My husband and I have been going to this office for years and are very pleased with their services. Dr. Mason helped me a lot. I used to be terrified of dentists and I mean terrified. Due to that I had not gone to have check ups done or any work done for years. They actually understood and helped me. At first I needed sedation but after a few visits I was able to go there and have work done without shaking like a leaf. I'm still a little nervous and I don't think I will ever get over it completely, but at least now I can get the care my biters need without nightmares. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I recommend them to anyone without a second thought. more

Very nice staff and you're able to get appointments fast. The prices are very reasonable especially if you have no insurance hence the only reason I would go there. I've gotten multiple fillings and my teeth cleaned there - fillings weren't done very well. I had to keep going back to re - fill, but the teeth cleaning was good (Tim Jungbelt was my dentist) more

Please be cautious about going to this dentist office. My experience was not pleasant. If I had to do it again, I would not have gone here in the first place. more

I had my teeth cleaned at this office, and not once did I see the hygienist or the doctor wash their hands (after going from person to person). They would glove up and then rummage through the drawers, grab at things in the room, and then put their hands in the people's mouths.\r My neck lymph nodes were swollen the day after my cleaning.\r My hygienist didn't know the basic bacteria of the mouth, or why people with heart conditions should use prophylactic antibiotics.\r Be careful people! more

westnedge family dentistry provides prompt appoinments, reasonable prices, and knowledgeable & professional staff. wide array of services offered. They have a few dentists in the office and are in a conveniant location. would recommed to anybody. more
