My oil rate didn't go down when other oil providers went down when oil prices went down. I was paying 3.99 all season and I was quoted 3.49 by a competitor. I feel to keep custom...

The best heating company in the area 3/22/2015

I have been with Westmore for more than twenty years. They service my primary residence and a rental property. Two years ago they replaced my oil burner. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive. Each time I call with a question, there is no waiting time and I am put through to the appropriate person right away. When there has been an issue with no heat or hot water they have responded timely and come to the house at all hours. They are accommodating with yearly contracts and flexible in payment terms, The yearly maintenance is spot on, I don not have to call them. Great group of employees, which of course is what makes the Company. more
