I would like to start by saying that the negative comments made about Westminster are false. All of them. Westminster is a school with well educated teachers who love children. The teachers at Westminster care about each child as an individual... Not one of the children would be considered a "zombie" like a parent has previously posted. If you are interested in your child being educated but most of all, loved and cared for in a Christian enviornment, then Westminster is the place to go. more

My husband recently got a new job, which left me in charge of morning drop-off. This school is COMPLETELY out of my way to work, but I love them so much, it's worth my 30 minute commute each morning!!\r \r They use the high-scope curriculum, which was taught to me at Texas Tech in my education classes. (I got my BS in Early Childhood Education.) Unlike the previous review, they are not negative at all!! In fact, as part of the high scope curriculum, they don't use negative directions at all. (i.e. - they say 'please walk' instead of 'don't run')\r \r My child is 3 1/2, but well advanced past some of the kindergartners in my own class at my school! \r \r They have a theme each week, have learned steps to resolving problems (Kelso), are committing nursery rhymes to memory, have focused on all the colors and are now on numbers and shapes. \r \r While driving home, my child will look at signs around town and exclaim (at the CVS) "There's C----'s 'C'" or (at Wendy's) There's a 'W' for W------!" more

Worst mistake I could have ever made. These people do not teach your child. They assess your child, and then proceed to be overly critical about each child's short comings. They do not teach anything, and do not place learing as a priority. If you're child does not fit into their zombie like mold, then you are cut from the herd. Do not submit your child to their experience. more

This is the worst daycare/school I have ever had my children attend the person in charge Larissa is psychologically unstable. I had several friends warn me before I put my child there and I should have listened. They put children down and put detrimental labels on the children there. Please do not place your child there. I wish my child was never exposed to the extreme negativity of that establishment. It doesn't even deserve 1 star. more
