Unbelievable! That is the only word to describe the recent experience I had at the Westlake Independent service center. On a recent vacation the engine light came on in my car, and wouldn?t turn off. I could have ignored the light for another 1,000 miles, but my wife was not going to let me do that on a family vacation. While I went into the office for a quick meeting my wife took the car to the local Honda dealership. Not feeling comfortable with their service and pricing, $140 to even plug into the car and diagnose the issue, she decided to try Westlake Independent. Upon arrival they quickly plugged into the car, and began diagnosing the problem. Determining the issue and potential solution, they quickly priced the predicted cost and explained the engine concern all within 15 mins of walking into their establishment. I took a lunch break to go over to the shop for my own review of the situation before giving the okay to make the repair, and after 10 minutes with their shop
