This Mall is a Pain 6/16/2006

Overall, the mall itself is pretty nice and they have a lot of great stores. However with thousands of parking spaces it still seems to be difficult to find a place to park. I have even been here at off times and circled for a space. I'm not thrilled with the vibe from some of the people around here. If you go here on a weekend, prepare to deal with some very wild (and at times rude) patrons. I do like the movie theater that's here, but will usually shop elsewhere. more

Pretty Good outside mall 9/23/2005

Old Orchard is a nice place to people watch. Take your lunch in their food court and watch all the housewives with their newborns, old people out for a stroll, etc, etc. The only other mall of its kind is Oak brook shopping center, the open air design has a certain appeal, although it can be quite a hike from one end to the other. Prices seem to be higher than normal, but considering the area its located that seems expected. more
