I'd like to meet the crack addicted drunk who designed the parking lot. I do not like businesses that you have to figure out how to get into. You have to drive past some city government buildings, the library is behind them. Then you drive past the entrance before you realize you drove past the part where you park, then drive around the block - bc you can't back up - and park and then walk the equivalent of about a block to get in. Once inside, it's a little overwhelming. Everyone knows where everything is, and they assume you do too. You have to wander around to find what you want if you don't already know where you're going. I asked one lady for help and she kind of gave me a ""You mean you don't already know?"" look and pointed to a vague area over my shoulder... That's kind of that Westerville attitude, though. Snobby, a little elitist, and so enamored of their beginnings as a village they refuse to acknowledge that they are a suburb of a major metropolis - and have the narrow streets to prove it. \r

I suppose it is a nice library once you get used to it, but I felt so stupid that first time that I never did go back.
Pros: Big, organized once you get the hang of it
Cons: you have to get the hang of the layout, drunk parking lot
