My name is Mike Rossi and I am the owner of WSDI. The lady who wrote this response was upset because she went passed her contract date, which was 13 months. Her son was involved in sports and apparently that was more important than doing their drive time, which is not my fault. She in fact signed a contract and attended the parent orientation, where we go over the rules as they pertain to drive time. This customer was informed that they were 2 months past their contract and if they wanted to finish with their drive time, with us they would have to pay for it. We have never left anyone ""high and dry"" this lady wanted us to drive with her son for FREE even after their contract was over, by 2 months and if I have such a bad company why did this lady send all 3 of her kids to us? In 2008 WSDI drove with over 400 kids, none of which were left ""high and dry"". We are a big company, do we make mistakes along the way, you bet, are we going to make everybody happy, nope we won't, but I will tell you this, we have kids that drive from Eagle-Vail to our Grand Junction school, we have kids that drive from Telluride to Montrose. We have had kids from New York, Italy, Germany, and Japan come to our school. We have an awesome school, hands down, we give our students the best that money can buy, hands down. Please don't let 1 review leave you wondering about our company, call and compare and you will see there is no other school that can come close to what we teach or students........
