I will NEVER recommend, stop by or shop at this location, ever again. I was there to make a purchase and waited while one sales associate was helping another. Then another sales associate (short redish hair, goatee, and glasses) was coming from the back room to assist, saw me & then the phone rang. He took the call, did not say to the caller to hold or to me ""I'll be right with you"" but TURNED HIS BACK TO ME AND PROCEEDED TO ASSIST A NON-PAYING CUSTOMER ON THE PHONE WHILE I WAS STILL STANDING THERE!!! When he turned his BACK to me at the counter, I knew this place did not have customer service. I walked out & will never return again."" more

Lack of good employees 11/11/2010

There is only one person I will go to...Bobbie. Everyone else is lacking in tact and customer service, even the manager. I was in there recently and they had hired a new girl, I was impressed with her. I cannot think of her name but she had red hair. I went in there last week and was told she was let go. I am disappointed, it finally seemed they had hired a great employee that I could come to when Bobbie leaves. more

western feed no more 8/4/2010

I had been a customer at Western Feed in Carmichael for many years spending hundreds of dollars there. In recent visits I have been very disappointed, the customer service has gone out the window, I was treated terribly at my last few visits. Management refuses to refund certain items and embarrassed me in front of other customers even for asking. I have recommended this store to many clients over the years but no more. I will take my business elsewhere in the future and would not recommend this location. more
