They flunked Customer Service 101 2/23/2011

I will NEVER recommend, stop by or shop at this location, ever again. I was there to make a purchase and waited while one sales associate was helping another. Then another sales associate (short redish hair, goatee, and glasses) was coming from the back room to assist, saw me & then the phone rang. He took the call, did not say to the caller to hold or to me "I'll be right with you" but TURNED HIS BACK TO ME AND PROCEEDED TO ASSIST A NON-PAYING CUSTOMER ON THE PHONE WHILE I WAS STILL STANDING THERE!!! When he turned his BACK to me at the counter, I knew this place did not have customer service. I walked out & will never return again." more

Western Feed & Pet Supply 11/18/2005

Nice little pet store to go to. Not a lot of parking space was lucky enough to arrive when someone was leaving so had no problems. They have lots of supplies mainly for dogs and cats, but also have a small section for reptiles and small animals. Their rabbit pellets were so cheap; selling for a pound, that this is where I got my rabbit food. Cheaper here than in petco or petsmart. they have other foods for like birds that you buy by the pound. I suggest getting it here because it is cheaper than elsewhere. more

Pet Store (Large and small animals) 8/10/2005

You really have to be looking when you try to find this place but once you do, I think you will be really glad. They have a large selection of the usual cat food and dog food but you can also get food for horses, rabbits, chickens, etc. The employees are eager to help you find whatever you need. I was really amazed the first time I went there. more

Western Feed & Pet Supply has the largest selection of pet supplies and food in the area. If you have a more unique pet such as horses, rabbits, goats, chickens or other livestock, this is the place to go. Western Feed has the best prices on pet food, and the staff is eager to help you find whatever you're looking for. They also offer clinics where you can take your pets to be vaccinated. There is something for everyone in this store, whether your pet is typical or exotic. They also offfer live pets, and it is an ideal place to take your children to learn about animals. more

Western Feed & Pet Supply 6/17/2005

This is where we went to get our new puppies second shot kit from. The cashier was very helpful in giving us advice on how to give our puppy the shot. We looked around the store a little bit and saw they had everything you could need for any pet... big or small. The parking is very limited, but It wasn't a problem the day we went. more
