The technician came on time and was polite. We discussed the problem with the crickets and he explained what he would be doing. The crickets are still around but fewer of them and we will need a follow up treatment. They appeared to have abandoned the sump where they were first living next to the front door. That was the problem, too close to the front door. But I had saved one for proof.
Hopefully the next time will eradicate all the bugs.
