I've been a customer of Western Exterminator most of my life. My grandmother was the founder's 3rd grade teacher. I think it was Glendale or Pasadena. I use their service at 2 properties and thus have experience with 2 different guys. I am very happy with them both. One, Brian, has married, has now a family. I know that when I have any kind of rodent or bug problem, I call them and it gets fixed. I'm in my late 70's. So, I'm talking about a really long experience with Western Exterminator. Good work Guys and Gals! more

I believe we have had this service continually for over thirty years. It all started because my wife disliked ants in any form in our house. It was a big problem when we first moved into this house. That was about thirty three years ago. No problem for the last 31 years thanks to Western. The techs have changed over the years but not the excellent service. We had a couple of unscheduled services too. One was for a wasp nest that appeared on our front porch. That first service quickly dispatched the nest but a few wasps tried to rebuild it nearby. The second unscheduled service call made quick work of the leftovers. Our tech calls every month to remind us of the next scheduled service day and always asks if we have any special problems he should address.
