Technician, Danny was very professional and willing to answer any/all questions posed during the appointment. My tenants are pleased with the service. I would like to request however, that my service be scheduled on Fridays, my day off, so that I may attend to the technician personally to gain entry into my tenants apartments. Western's Temple office has been so very helpful in the servicing of ten apartment complexes that I manage. They even took the time to meet with me in person in order to discuss every single detail of the service. John Ulibarri has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process and has gone above and beyond to make me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this particular location to anyone! more
