Technician, Danny was very professional and willing to answer any/all questions posed during the appointment. My tenants are pleased with the service.
I would like to request however, that my service be scheduled on Fridays, my day off, so that I may attend to the technician personally to gain entry into my tenants apartments.
Please have the technician call me at (213) 253-8699 before the next scheduled service to arrange entry into tenant's apartments.
