while both Drs. Garvey and Stuart are awesome - the office staff here is unfriendly and condescending. They REFUSE to make a courtesy call to remind you of an appt. I missed my first appt. w my daughter several months ago. I asked why they didn't call to remind like 99.99% of ALL other professional offices and they rudely replied - ""we don't guarantee it"". I pleaded with them to call me ahead of next appt. 4 months later I missed a Friday appt. On tuesday morning in the mail I got a rude letter telling me the the next appt. I miss they would DROP ME as a client. So, they'd rather ""teach me a lesson"" and just fire clients than make a 10 second phone call to remind us - that's obviously someone in the office trying to prove they are better than us clients! That is completely unprofessional and non-accomodating in my book. To drop me as a client because they REFUSE to do what ALL other drs. offices do - RIDICULOUS and the tone that I get from all of the office staff (not drs. or nurses) is rude and condescending. Will be looking for new, accomodating and professional pediatricians office! That's for sure!
